Shodoa Games develops and operates the mobile game NumBlocks: Match & Sequence ("NumBlocks").

We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use NumBlocks.

2. Information We Collect

NumBlocks does not require users to create an account, and Shodoa Games does not directly collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information through the game.

NumBlocks does not request access to personal or sensitive information such as:

• Precise or approximate location
• Contacts
• Camera
• Microphone
• Photos, media, or files
• Advertising identifiers

The current Android build requests only permission to use device vibration for optional haptic feedback.

3. Local Game Data

NumBlocks stores gameplay information locally on the user's device so that the game can remember progress and preferences. This information may include:

• Game progress and current level
• Scores and records
• Match World and Sequence World progression
• Settings such as sound, music, and haptics
• Daily Challenge state
• Second Chance inventory
• Tutorial and onboarding state
• Current run and checkpoint state
• Other gameplay preferences and state required for the game to function

This locally stored gameplay information is not transmitted to Shodoa Games servers.

4. Advertising

NumBlocks does not currently display third-party advertising and does not include an advertising SDK.

5. Analytics

NumBlocks does not currently use third-party analytics services to collect personal or behavioral information.

6. Purchases and Payments

NumBlocks does not currently require users to provide payment information directly to Shodoa Games.

If purchases are introduced in a future version, payments may be processed by the applicable app-store provider under that provider's terms and privacy policy. This Privacy Policy will be updated if NumBlocks' data practices change.

7. Children's Privacy

NumBlocks is a general-audience puzzle game. Shodoa Games does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users through NumBlocks.

8. Third-Party Platforms

NumBlocks is distributed through third-party platforms such as Google Play. Those platforms may independently process information required to operate the store, deliver the app, process transactions, or provide platform services according to their own privacy policies.

Shodoa Games does not control information collected independently by those platforms. Platform-level processing by Google Play is separate from information handled by NumBlocks itself.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Shodoa Games does not maintain a remote NumBlocks user-account database.

Gameplay data stored locally on the device remains until the user clears the application's local data or uninstalls the application, subject to Android or device backup behavior outside Shodoa Games' direct control.

10. Data Security

NumBlocks is designed to minimize collection of user data. Gameplay state stored locally remains on the user's device unless otherwise stated in this policy.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Shodoa Games may update this Privacy Policy if NumBlocks' features, services, or data practices change.

The latest version will remain published at this URL, and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
